Product Description
The mount is made of marine grade powder coated aluminum.
The case, made from high strength composite, is a medium/wide size waterproof box with a clear Flex-Lens allowing you to press and operate the buttons of your device when secured in the Aqua Box. The box offers the ability to lock the device inside with a small keyed padlock (not included). Your GPS sits inside safe from the elements!
This Aqua Box measures: 4.0 inches high, 6.0 wide, 1.75 inches deep.

your pc probably wont boot… or you wont have enough power for the video card to display anything. when a video card doesn't get enough power they can be damaged.

I'm assuming they are walking/running beside you on the bike – if that's the case, then yes, it's as good as a walk, as they are doing the same thing.
As for time length and distance, that depends on a lot – is it a flat surface (versus a hill), what is the weather like, etc.
Basically, a good rule of thumb is just to keep an eye on them. When they seem to be slowing down/dragging a bit, either turn for home or stop to rest.

all that for a GPS I just had to turn on my tomtom and go. built in voice command and remote! for my music and i can call and phonebook. tomtom rocks!
I believe the only way to do it is to click on volume/mute, which will totally eliminate sound. You can unmute it again before you drive to hear the spoken directions.
