It's the DMV they will check. If you were not cited a couple of years ago, then it would not be on your DMV record. You should be fine as long as you were not cited.
It depends on the insurance. I got insurance through work and they had "no preexisiting condidtions". Most of them do, though and it is spelled out when you sign up. You will have to read the policy before to know for sure.
Sadly, putting your mind to it is sometimes not enough. Some people are better at different things. I am great in math but I wouldn't do well in AP History or Art, because my reading comprehension is not high enough and I can't draw a decent stick-figure.
Teachers REALLY want what is best for you. They know how difficult their course is. Besides, why would you want to force yourself to do 3 hours of homework per night in an AP class when you can get by with one hour in a regular class. If the AP class is in your strong area, then yes you would want to do it because you want to know everything you can learn in that area.
Plenty of lawyers and doctors never had an AP class, but people trying to get into a college with competitive admissions need the AP classes in their transcript.

I have gone through this process as a South African seeking a NZ spouse's visa and did the entire process myself. All the forms you need can be found here Be warned though, the police checks on the South African side can be very slow so you will need to mark everything urgent and chase it up regularly. All in all you'll need to undergo medical examinations by an approved doctor (the immigration dept. will provide you with a listing of approved practises), police checks for wherever you'lve lived over the past 10 years and obviously all supporting paperwork like passport copies etc. It is quite straight forward really, you just need to keep copies of everything you send and be organised with your paperwork. Good luck!!

Some time ago, I needed to buy a building for my firm but I did not earn enough money and couldn’t buy something. Thank heaven my father adviced to try to take the home loans from reliable bank. Hence, I did that and used to be satisfied with my small business loan.
